Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Braud Gauge Educational Products and Services Private Limited (CIN U85410MP2023PTC068445), registered office: C/o Rajesh Tiwari, Gauri Dham Colony, Makronia Camp, Sagar 470004, Madhya Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”), for using Braud Gauge. By signing up or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account. Contact: BraudGauge@gmail.com.

2. Accounts

• There is one type of account, for people aged 18 and over. Anyone can use Braud Gauge without an account, with their progress kept only on their own device.
• Use your own email address and give your real age. We use your age purely for in-app level adaptation and difficulty setting (your starting level), and check it once to confirm that you can have an account. It is not used for ad targeting or cross-site behavioural profiling, nor for behavioural tracking, user profiling or any form of data monetisation.
• Keep your password private. One person per account; do not share, sell or transfer it. Tell us at BraudGauge@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can delete your account, with your profile, age and progress, at any time from your account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• hack, probe or get around the service’s security, or access anyone else’s account or data;
• scrape, crawl or otherwise collect content or data from the service with automated tools, or use bots to play or earn rewards;
• upload or spread malware, or anything designed to disrupt, damage or overload the service;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are;
• copy, resell, license or otherwise exploit the service or its content commercially without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why.

4. Our content, and in-game items

The lessons, exercises, characters and design of Braud Gauge belong to Braud Gauge Educational Products and Services Private Limited or its licensors; you may use them for your own learning. XP, coins and in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred.

5. The service is provided “as is”

Braud Gauge is a learning and mind-development platform. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. It is for practice and learning, not professional advice, and we do not promise any particular result. We may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. Braud Gauge may introduce paid features, courses, or other offerings in the future. Any applicable price and purchase conditions will be displayed before purchase. Paid offerings will be optional, and users may choose whether to purchase them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or data, arising from your use of Braud Gauge. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under consumer protection law.

7. Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer, Aditya Tiwari, at BraudGauge@gmail.com. We will respond within one month of receiving your complaint.

8. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights the law of your own country gives you that these terms cannot take away, the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, and will tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect.
